01 Who we are

sajucrew (thesajucrew.com) decides how the data described below is handled, and is responsible for it.

02 What we collect

To read your chart, you give us:

• your date of birth
• your city of birth (we resolve it to a location and time zone)
• your sex
• your time of birth — optional; leave it blank and we produce a shorter reading

We do not ask for your name, and you do not need an account to get a reading.

If you give us your email address — for example through the idol-match form — we collect and store it, together with the date you gave it to us.

Automatically, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) as part of delivering the site. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and we do not use tracking cookies.

03 Why we use it

• Your birth details are used only to calculate your saju chart and generate your reading. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Your email address, if you give us one, is used only to contact you about what you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
• Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

04 What we store, and for how long

When your reading is generated, it is saved so that its link keeps working — that is what lets you revisit and share your result. The link contains a random identifier, and readings are not stored under your name.

• Readings: kept for 12 months after you last open them, then deleted. This keeps links you have shared working, and clears readings nobody looks at any more.
• Email addresses: kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
• Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider as part of normal operations.

Anyone who has your result link can view that reading, so share it only with people you want to see it.

05 Who else processes your data

We keep this list short on purpose:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Your requests, including the birth details you submit, pass through their infrastructure.
• Google Fonts — our landing page loads fonts from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when that page loads. No fonts are loaded from Google on this page or on the reading pages.
• Anthropic PBC (Claude) — used to generate the text of your reading. Only your calculated chart is sent, never your contact details. Anthropic acts as our service provider and, under its commercial terms, does not use this data to train its models.

These providers act on our behalf and may store data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

06 Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent. Email thesajucrew@gmail.com and include your result link if your request concerns a reading — without it we usually cannot locate that reading, since readings are not stored under your name.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

07 Children

sajucrew is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

08 Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
